Once we have the event details, we will reach out to the owners to find out pricing and availability. Our estates rentals vary by owners.  The rental fees start at $18,000 for smaller events and go up. Fees depend on guest counts and access to the property – inside and outside, etc.   Homeowners in Malibu are allowed four events per year. We require all of your event professionals to have event insurance as well as our clients.

Additional fees can include – site reps, security and cleaning fees. Our location office holds a refundable security deposit to work with your event insurance.
