Rental Budget Guidance for Private Estate Events

Private estate rental rates vary depending on the property, guest count, access times, event hours, production needs, and homeowner requirements.

Some estates begin around $20,000 and up, with pricing tailored to the overall scope and style of the event.

Private estate events require all elements to be brought onsite, including catering, rentals, staffing, transportation, power, and production.

Because of this, we generally recommend allocating around 25% of the overall event budget toward the location itself.

Scouting & Booking Private Estate Events

Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental ranges, access windows, guest parameters, and viewing fees.

If you move forward with the property, we apply scouting fees toward the rental.
