This process helps create a smoother experience for homeowners, planners, vendors, and guests alike.
Our Approach
Our approach is personalized and relationship-driven. Rather than functioning as a public venue directory, we carefully match clients with estates that align with both their vision and operational needs.
Many private estates host only a limited number of events each year. Because of this, we appreciate open communication throughout the inquiry and scouting process.
Rental Budget Guidance
Most private estate rentals begin around $20,000. Larger estates and multi-day access vary based on guest count, usage hours, production scope, and homeowner requirements.
Private estate events require all elements to be brought onsite, including catering, rentals, staffing, transportation, power, and production. Because of this, we generally recommend allocating around 25% of the overall event budget toward the location itself.
Scouting & Booking
Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental ranges, access windows, guest parameters, and viewing fees.
If you move forward with the property, we apply scouting fees toward the rental.
