With access to thousands of private estates throughout the greater Los Angeles area and more than 20 years of experience, we help clients, planners, brands, and production teams identify properties that are the right fit for their event.

Rental Budget

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000. Rates vary by guest count, usage, access hours, and property owner. We recommend keeping the venue rental fee under 25% of your total budget since everything must be brought onsite.

Viewing fees (applied toward rental if you book the property)
