Ask whether the property permits a DJ, live band, amplified sound, or acoustic entertainment. It is equally important to understand the event end time and when music must conclude.
Many clients require space for hair and makeup, wardrobe changes, or private meetings. Confirm which rooms, if any, will be available for use during the event.
Some properties allow limited use of interior bathrooms, while others require luxury portable restroom trailers. Understanding this requirement early can help with budgeting and planning.

Once we identify properties that align with your guest count, budget, event style, and logistical requirements, we prepare a detailed scouting agreement outlining the estimated rental rate, guest count, event hours, access dates, and other important information before any property tours are scheduled.
A scouting fee applies to property tours. If a property is reserved through us, the scouting fee is credited toward the rental fee.
